Executive Committee
The executive Committee consists of the officers of the Board and the Executive Director of the agency. The Executive Committee meets more frequently than the entire board to keep themselves informed of needs and changes of the agency and its constituency and to plan board activities.

Other Board Committees
Most Board member also serve on other committees which focus on specific areas of leadership for the agency. Each member volunteers to serve on a committee based on their interest, experience, and expertise. Some committees that have been held were Finance Committee (an on-going committee), Audit Committee, Personnel Committee, and Special Event Committees. In some instances, Board members may recruit and nominate committee members from outside of the Board.
