Who is poor in Kent County?
With fewer jobs, lower wages and a decrease in state funding, our community is experiencing greater needs. Today it is very likely that someone we know is struggling with poverty. It is a family member, a neighbor or a friend that is making decisions on whether to pay the utility bill or buy groceries.
