  • The ability of all persons to make a contribution
  • The provision of services with integrity, dignity and respect that increases the recognized worth of individuals, communities and society
  • Encourage all individuals to greater independence
  • The  practice of good stewardship of the community  resources entrusted to us to fulfill our mission

SECOM's program priorities are:

SECOM is nondenominational

Although SECOM originated in 1971 as a shared ministry of four United Methodist churches and continues to maintain close ties with local United Methodist congregations, SECOM is a faith-based but nondenominational agency. We appreciate support from many different denominations and other non-religious organizations
