YMCA Healthy Living Hub
SECOM is proud to be a Healthy Living Hub for the YMCA!  Free and open to the community, past programs include Zumba, aerobics, kickboxing, healthy cooking and gardening. Classes are open to all residents of Kent County, and walk ins are welcome.

ALL Healthy Hub classes are currently suspended until further notice.

Exalta Health
Currently have openings for Clients in their physical and mental health programming. Staff from Exalta will talk with Neighbors about what they offer.

MSU Extension Cooking Matters Class 
MSU Extension provides a free 6-week nutrition program that teaches participants to eat, cook and grocery shop on a budget, guided by healthy choices. Must be registered at least one week before the class begins.
