Aerobics

Join our aerobic and strength-building classes and have fun - it's one of our most popular programs!

 

Whether you want to lose weight or just be healthier, classes are designed to fit the needs and fitness levels of anyone. We also offer special sessions on nutrition and health issues at no cost.

Up to 30 people can enroll in each monthly aerobic session with no limitations on where you live or your income status. Biannual health screenings with Spectrum Health nurses let you know if you are at risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and other illnesses.

Classes are now available several times a week in the evening.

Our capital campaign will allow us to move into our full-sized gym in the future, expand hours, and add treadmills and other large exercise equipment.
